HEPA Filters

HEPA (High-Efficiency Particular Arrestance) filters are effective filters offered by Pacific Environmental. They are commonly used in cleanrooms, but are also used in food processing, labs, electronics production, and manufacturing. Pacific Environmental offers installation and servicing of HEPA filters for a variety of uses.

MEGAcel^™

The AAF MEGAcel line of PTFE membrane filters is designed to meet stringent semiconductor industry Cleanroom filtration requirements for fab’s, modular, mini and microenvironments, as stated in the I300I specifications. The MEGAcel was developed to provide extremely high particulate efficiencies combined with low pressure drops and negligible off-gassing properties.

TM-2, TM-2-CG, TM-4, TM-4-CG

The TM-2 and TM-4 ducted modules are lightweight, disposable HEPA filter ceiling modules.   Both are designed for optimum filter performance in cleanrooms with individually ducted modules.

Field service and exchange inventory for all sizes of panels. Particulate filters, activated carbon housings, and filters. Filtering equipment for specialized application also available.
